Friday: The Chargers defeated Warsaw on Friday night by a score of 46-32 to finish out the regular season with a record of 18-3. The team started out the night with all four seniors on the floor to honor Senior Night and subbed often through the first quarter in which they led 12-7 after a David Ejah buzzer beater to end the quarter. The Chargers continued to hold a tight lead through the rest of the half as they led 21-17 at the half behind nine first half points from Ejah. The Chargers then began to pull away in the second half where Reece Swoverland put the exclamation mark on his strong Senior season by adding eight points to his game total of 11. As the clock wound down in the last two minutes of the game Head Coach Marty Beasley emptied his bench as the Seniors received a fitting standing ovation from the Charger fans as they exited the game for the last time at the Carroll Fieldhouse after an unforgettable season that cemented their legacy as one of the best Carroll teams in history, a season that included the schools first SAC Title and numerous big moments. The team will now turn their focus to this week’s Sectional at East Noble where they will take on SAC foe Northrop on Wednesday at 6 pm.

IBCA Poll: The Chargers fell back into a tie for 17th place this week in the Coaches Poll after one week at #16.
