Boys Basketball Postseason Preview
The Carroll Boys’ basketball postseason is approaching quickly, and the team is looking to make a good run at the finals. Sectionals begin today with Carroll scheduled to play Friday against either Northrop or Northside.
The Charger’s worst loss came by merely 9 points, while their best win came by a whopping 41 points. They put up over 100 points in that game.
It’s important to prepare especially well for the postseason.
Sophomore Logan Lankenau said, “I just [need to] mentally understand that I can’t change what happened during the season.” It is important to get in this mindset so he can focus fully on the playoffs.
But reflecting on the season brings good memories.
“[My favorite part of being on the team is] the whole family feel when I’m around the guys; it’s a tight-knit group,” Lankenau said.
Expect the boy Chargers to play well in Sectionals and beyond.
