Autumn Biggerstaff, Staff Reporter

Autumn Marie Biggerstaff was born in Indiana on September 2, 2001 at Dupont Hospital. Her birth wasn’t of the norm due to her being five weeks early but, she still weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces. When she was born, her lungs weren’t fully developed and this resulted in her being flown down to Saint Vincent’s in Indy. This is where she would spend the next two weeks. Fortunately, she was able to leave there with no machines and a good bill of health.

When she turned three, she attended Good Shepherd Preschool where she had gone for the next two years. Then she had started Perry Hill Elementary at the age of six. From there, she went to Maple Creek Middle School and then on to Carroll. She has made many friends throughout her school years with one of her best friend’s being Katelyn Slusser. They have been friend’s ever since elementary school.

She has two wonderful parents that have made her the person she is today. Their names are Dawn and Brian Biggerstaff. She has a sister named Jessica that graduated from Carroll in 2014. She also has a maltese named Bentley that their family has had for eight years. Her motto in life is family always comes first.
